I prefer ala over r-ala myself. It's more stable, and there was a study provided by KentNutrition (David) who REALLY knew his shit, although I don't know where that study is at the moment.

    Kent Nutrition gone.

    "http://www.kentnutrition.com" seems to be missing...

They were a good source for supplements. Anyone know if they're gone for good?

agree w/ swole here. i also go with what has worked for many, ALA has. so i use it, and i do experience results that i consider positive. some may say that the S-ALA half of the ALA is harmful. but i use it sparingly and i haven't found any harmfullness from using the product.

i don't feel any effects of insulin on my mood or alertness.

your sensitivity after eating carbs would be the result of this product.
