Sup bros.. A few things just to keep updated:
Running: Weeks 1-4 Tbol- 50mg per day
Weeks 1-4 Var- 60 mg per day
Weeks 5-10 Var- 80- 100 mg per day
Weight is about the same thing.
Strength increase is Slight. Last week did flat dumbell bp 90's X 6 today I did 90's X 10 (no spot on either) after incline. I wouldnt say anything crazy happend just yet or at all even. I am doing cardio 4-5 times in the AM and have a good solid lean bulk diet that I am stirctly following. I thought I would of gained a couple of lbs, but nothing as of yet.. hey its only day 7- patience.. Also I have proviron on hand, but didnt take it yet bc I feel fine- libido, mood, etc.. Anyway I have a few questions
1) For people who have ran these compounds together of seperately when did you start to notice anything? Strength,pumps, increased vascularity? Now I am not being impatient and I know eveybody is different, just want to hear opinions?
2) Anything else anybody would like to add or recommend?
