    broken arm during cycle

I had about 5 weeks left in my cycle of Test E and Deca and broke my arm. The doc said I wouldn't be able to lift for 12 weeks. I'm pretty sure starting pct now is my only option but I'm hoping someone has another one. I'm obviously concerned I will lose all my gains I have made. Anyone have a different option for me?

I doubt it. It depends how insane you are and what type of cast you are in pretty much. I AM NOT recommending you do anything other than quit your cycle BUT, my brother broke his hand (I think in a few places) and never stopped training, in fact he would tape the weights into his hand because he couldnt grip with the cast on. Than again he is a psycho and also eats dumbells for breakfast.

My cast goes to the top of my bicep, right below my shoulder so I can't think of many lifts I can do. I also have never had a dumbellm for breakfast lol

Well I would honestly suggest getting off and going into PCT man. I know its a bummer but really I dont think there is any other option for you.

The position of your break is what really sucks.
I broke my arm in two spots right above the wrist, a week after they put the cast on I cut it off and wore a brase with a metal band inside to keep the correct position, I just kept lifting without any problems! Anyway good luck with your situation!

Save your gear and start PCT. Fire it back up when the arm is ready - just be careful. I am not sure what effect quick strength gains will have on the break itself.
