I have some additional questions about my cycles.

First Cycle
Decca 400 mg / W
Nice gains (NO PCT)

Second cycle
Decca 400 Mg /W
Testo Enth 250 mg / e5D
PCT

Third Cycle
Decca 400 mg/W
Sustanon 500mg / W
PCT

I have done quite nice gains with this dose. Should I increase the dose or should I change the entire cycle with other AAS.

Do somebody have any experience from any other change. Open for suggestions

My Next cycle would be like this:
600 mg Testo enth /W
400 mg Decca /W
What are your comments to this.

The relevance is that 1 is my first cycle and so on.

400 mg Decca /week

Testo would be 11 weeks
Decca 8-9 weeks

What do you think about front loading with 1000mg Testo enthate 2 firtst weeks?

1st cycle= test e 500mgs/week for 12 weeks. You should have also used pct!

Second cycle
Decca 400 Mg /W
Testo Enth 250 mg / e5D
PCT

2nd cycle= You should have ran the test e higher then the deca. If anything you should have had them the other way around.

Third Cycle
Decca 400 mg/W
Sustanon 500mg / W
PCT

Not bad but should have shot the sust eod for a total of 750mgs/week.

Thats correct..I hade gained to much body fat so I hade a bid definition training

How is it possibe to gain only 1 kg after 3 mass cycles?
Ok u'll propably say that it's because of the cutter, but even if you're absolutelly ripped at 83, it's not worth it to go on a cycle without keeping any gains

Notice how you gained 1kg after 3 cycles? This means diet is bad! + sense of knowledge, research also bad!

hmmmmm.....just so ALOOOT OF RESEARCH...before injecting yourself...

if you wanted to look ripped, you should have just complete a nice cutting diet and trained hard properly but naturaly! and you would have been the same current weight or even more (it would have depend on your diet)

You just waisted alot of money.

Look bro, if i were u i would go on researching a litle more before jumping into a cycle for the 4rth time. This way u will be able to keep most of your gains.
Make sure ur diet is in check first before planing any new cycles, also make a research about pct.
Don't up ur dosages when you start the new bulker, just go on with 500mg/week without tappering the dose, cause this only has effect on blood levels wich go crazy.
If u wanna throw in some deca then do so at 400 mg as u used to.
Maybe wanna use some test prop or dianabol to frontload ur cycle, since u already had 3 in the past, i guess u can throw in some new compounds.
Ur cycle should look like this

Weeks
1-5 DIANABOL 25-50 mg ED OR 1-4 TEST PROPIONATE 100 mg ED
1-12 TEST at 500mg/week
1-10 DECA at 400mg/week
Nolvadex should be kept on hand in case of gyno appearance. You can use it at 10-20 mg ED.

Make a research on Pct start times of the compounds u will chose to use, for example check the start time for the test u will chose, for susta is 18 days after last administration.
U should find out what pct works the best for u
I personaly prefer nolvadex/hcg combo, which looks like this
Weeks 1-4 Nolvadex at 20mg ED
Weeks 1-3 Pregnyl (hcg) at 250-500 I.U. ED

I have been having a long reseach this all stacks are made over 5 years time.

I lost lots of gains made from this stacks because of my work nad lack of time in workout.

Concerning the PCT I have always used Clomid nad have not seen any problems with it.

Do you dont htink its necessery to increase the dosage of testo??

Wanted4u, listen everyone is here to help and they are all right, after four cycles you shouldn't be were your are with proper deiting but you wanted advice so here it is. d bol 30-50 ed 1-6 weeks, deca 400-600 weeks 1-11, test 400-600 1 through 12, winny tabs 50mg ed 6-12, letro .25-.5 ed,here is a start now check out the dieting section otherwise don't bother with a cycle because if you don't eat right it is all worthless. good luck.
