i have gained a considerable amount of weight while on my dbol but i try to keep it clean with only one free day each week, but honestly it can be very difficult to eat 5000 kcals/day of clean food. a lot of preparation needs to be done before your first cycle if you want to reap the benefits that are possible with hard work, proper diet, and anabolics. i would stay away from the junkfood anyways because they don't provide you with the nutritional building blocks that are essential to building the best body you can.
