    How much fat do you think the Foreman really takes out?

    I was always wondering how much crap we cut out of our food when we use the grill anyone have a clue like say beef for instance

    no more than a real grill imo

    Who knows. I always cut off visible fat from my chicken before I put it on.

    I do use that thing at least 4-5 times a day though

    I wouldnt think that much

    I only cook my beef in a pan, then strain it a lot afterwards and let it sit there and drain. Takes out a lot of fat I would think.

    The thing i hate about the GF GRILL, Is if yoy cook a large piece of meat it burns the sh!t of the out side, and if you get a lean piece of meat, it dryies the crap out of it, not to mrntion what a pain in the a$$ to clean .>>>
