    new here

    hellow, I've read posts on here for a long time now and finally decided to start posting. A little about me, I'm 6' 4" 270 and have been lifting for about 6-7 years. I look forward to learning from all of you

    Hah...no that isn't me in my avatar... I wish. Just tested my bodyfat about a month ago and it was 10.5
