Well here is the story I own several business ........ well my district manger is a long time friend i grew up with .... well i was just told that he insulted one of our mangers and when i just talked to him he didnt even deney it or EVEN SEEM SORRY ........... Now this is not the first time , he has been worned before. he made fat jokes infront of other office employees and a few are over weight and were very afended ........... now he cracked gay jokes and when the mager asked to please reframe from it he said somthing very nasty ......... now i hired this manger who happens to be a great guy and one hell of a worker since he has been there on the job he has trurned that store around 100% and for the 5 month in row turned a high profit damn near crushing one of my bigger stores
well needless to say I am going to fire my district manger my long time friend , not that he is not a good worker but he has a very bad attuide and as a district manager he needs to be a leader ....... and his excuse was IT WAS A JOKE ...... well business is business And my manager Is a great guy and one hell of a worker I knew when i hired him he was gay And who cares !!!!!! he came recomended and has lived up to evey thing I heard .........
So i am going to fire my long time bro I soo hate to do this he has a family and we are very close , but this is just one of many things he has done And i can not and will not put with bigits in any shape or form..... so am I doing the right thing? or should I just demote him?????????
