two actually:

my guys are still super-shut down and i wanna get some hcg. which anti-estrogens can I take to keep the possible gyno from the hcg down? I have a few, but not sure which to take.

i can't run test, tren, deca or anything else hardcore that shuts you down cuz i'm just not bouncin back anymore. what would y'all recommend for a productive cycle minus the shutdown? eq? light orals?

run hcg at 2500iu 2 times a week for 2 weeks. Also run nolv at 40-60 mg day for 2 to 3 weeks. Then run trib at 3g day for 2-4 weeks.

How long has it been since your cycle? Might be time to look at HRT. You've been trying to come back for months it seems.

they were startin to come back a couple months ago but i threw in what was supposed to be 100mg/day winny but i got shutdown within two weeks and haven't come back

didn't think winny alone would shut me down again so quick

regardless, once they come back (IF they come back) i wanna be able to cycle without losin my guys once again... so what to use...

were, yes. off briefly and only with a maintenance dose (so not really off at all) for a period of about a year-year and a half.

changin things up now, thats why im takin all this time off. haven't lost much size. still sittin at about 252, in the pic i'm 258.

somebody point me in the right direction concerning reasonable cycles that aren't gonna shut me down
