um, you're only 170lbs at 6'2" and 10%bf??? you need to work on your diet and training before doing any kind of gear. for 2 years of training, that's really sad. you're either not eating enough, not training hard enough, or training too hard and overtraining. regardless, there's an issue somewhere and gear is not the solution.
first of all, how old are you? second, what's your daily caloric intake right now? third, what are you hoping to accomplish with this cycle?
i'd suggest spending a lot more time on this board and learning first before starting a cycle. you'll waste your cycle otherwise. there's no way that 170lbs at 6'2" is your max potential or even remotely close to it. gear should only be used when all else is in check. to do it anytime short of that will just cause you problems in the long run and a lot of frustration.
I just turned 20 and I am intaking around 3500 to 4000 calories a day and have been for about 2 months. When i started out two years ago, I was only about 140 so i've made some big gains since then. However over the past several months i havent been able to put on any weight and my strength gains are coming extemely slow. I have my diet in check, I've been researching the diet forum for several months now, and i believe i have a solid workout program. I am hoping to gain about 20 pounds with this cycle. I have really been busting my butt trying to put some size on me.
Im going to go with at 300mg a wk being your first cycle you will see great results man, dont let some of these people say oh no 500mg.... although it is recomended it is not needed for 1st cycles. Your good to go at 300mg .. goodluck remember to divide that up into 2 shots.... 150mg each shot x2 a wk... goodluck
I would prefer 500mg/week if I had the option, though.

naturally for you..IMO.You still should
be able to have nice gains with proper
dieting and training the natural way.

Thanks for the feedback i think ill stick with the 300mg. and i know i should prob stick it out a little longer and put on a few more pounds naturally but no one in my family weighs over 180 and i think it would take me 5 or 6 years to get that far plus my friend is giving me all the gear for free because i helped him with a situation he had not to long ago and since wat i was about to order was goin to cost more than i wanted to pay i got to take this opportunity
