    Red face Here I am @ 200lbs

After dieting and working out last summer and losing 36lbs and was down to 208. Then eating like a normal person for 8 mos went back up[ to 212. Now 3 weeks into my diet and exercise I am down to 200. Have probably about 2-3 lbs of fat around my waist I need to shed. Think I hafta get down to 190 to lose it. Not sure what my B/F is. May get it checked this week. Anyway, this is me as of tonight. Lemme hear it...

and yes, that is one of those creepy masks.

keep going like you are if you want to get really lean. Personally I would be looking to add mass to my frame at that size.

Thanks for all the constructive crits. Some of my peers say to lean all the way, then start to bulk up, then others say I'd be fine. I have been using heavy weight then drop 5lbs every time I go below 4 reps. That sentence make sense? I have been noticing that I get a little worn out about 1/2 way through workout. I don't think i am eating right for the workouts that i have been doing. Should I totally get rid of the gut, then eat the recommended bulking amounts, or split the difference and keep going? Again, thanks. And the mask is creepy and I would like to be a pirate one day.
