morning cardio's the shit..ur up before everyone..the day starts earlier so u get more accomplished and u have an over feeling of well bein after morning cardio..my opinion morning cardio rules...
Yea, **** morning cardio, i cherish my sleep, and take advantage of every minute of it...
its a drag for sure.....but it works very well!! & like luca said...u are up & out & get more accomplished during the day.
i hate it, but when it's done it makes the day so much better.
agree it sucks before and during but you feel great after and for the rest of the day. Get a good book to read.
Yeah I agree with Luca, although it sucks for the first 5 minutes your up, you really feel like you got a head start on the day
i just got back from morning cardio....and im gonan concur w/ everyone else...it sucks waking up and the first few minutes, but once im done im awake as all hell

Is everyone making trips to the gym or cardio at home and hitting the weight later? I switch it up but usually I'll get my cardio done at home on the bike or very old nordic track!
hate morning cardio, mainly because i start work a 6.00am so when i do morning cardio ive got to be up for about 4.45 am and it fuken hurts. if i was working 8.00 am start then i prob do it more often.

treadmill 10 incline 3 speed 45mins
i do 12% at 2.8 for 20 then 5 mins at 6% and 3.6-8Originally Posted by getnjakked
