    New from UK

    Hi all, I have been a member for a few months, but thought I would introduce myself and start posting now. I am only 19 and been lifting on and off for 3 years now, and seriously for the last 6 months. I'm having real trouble putting on any weight at all lately though, no matter how much I eat, I just cant seem to gain and keep it on. I know you guys wouldnt suggest steroids at my age, but is there anything safe that I can use to give me a kick start/boost or anything to help me along the way?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I assure you that you are not eating correctly, post your diet & stats in the diet forum and I'm sure the experts in there will sort you out in a jiffy!!

    as Jay said, its all in your food intake.

    with your hormones at such high levels at your age, you may need to consume more calories than you think.

    Check out the diet forum and look into Bulking Diets
    You shoudl be eating 6-8 meals everyday spaced about 2.5-3 hours apart
