hey guys,
i was on a strict diet for the last month and a half, i lost quite a bit of weight, but my question is I havent done any cardio for the last week, i have been lifting 3 times a week, am i prone to get all my fat back or is it ok that I wait another week before i start my cardio, cant do cardio right now cuz im on vacation, any thought? i just dont want to end up gaining all the fat i lost!!
