i got a friend and she wants to lose weight... and her diet is really shitty.. but these are her stats. her trainer gave her a really vauge and basic outline... wich is why i dont like trainers.. because they state the obvious... eat lean meats.. stay away from sugars and candy...etc... but anyways.. i tried to put some kind of diet together for her... can someone tweak it... or if it just sucks..... tell me... thanks

i know the diet looks a little crappy but i tried to fit it around her schedual and im thinking she need to eat about 2k cals a day... from what she told me she eats around 2.5k+
Drink at least 8 ounces before every meal and sip on water throughout
Breakfast/1 oatmeal/half a banana/2 egg whites
snacks before lunch

-carrots
-celery/meat
lunch /turkey sw/veggies/fruit/
snacks

walk/2min/run/2min (30min)
dinner/(chicken6-8ozchicken o rfish6-8)/(2-4ounces potatoes/veggies)
