I am 3 weeks out every thing is as cut as hell, apart from my tummy, There is detail (six pack can be seen even a level of vascalarity) but when I crunch up I lose all the detail. My trainer has told me not to worry this will go in the last few weeks. I am seeing improvements every day, but its so bloody frustraiting. I want to be as cut here as I am on my back legs even my glutes are cutting. BUT I WANT IT NOW Any one else with this problem.
