    Recent pics

Hey all, i took pics the other day, i thought I'd post them to see what people have to say

    I'm 20yrs old, 6'1, 213lbs

i'm going to start leaning out a little, my diet has been pretty good imo. i'm not too strict when it comes to sticking to it, meaning i'll cheat if i have to but i make sure i get enough protein/carbs in each meal. that shows in my bf right now.

my diet is 6+ meals a day, ***ending on when i get up, my work hours are random. i pretty much try to eat every 2-3 hours until i sleep. meals containing of fish, chicken, lean ground beef, egg whites. Carbs i have potatoes, pasta, whole wheat/grain bread or whole wheat tortillas (i know not good but i love it). i basically go for 60g protein, 60g carbs each meal.

i started this diet when i moved in with my friend for school, he is a lot more strict than i am, but he has helped me move from 190lbs in sept '06 to my present 213lbs. so i owe a ton to him.

in terms of goals, at this point I'm not 100% sure, i guess I'm still at the experimental stage. i basically love working out and seeing my body get better and go through positive changes, that's what keeps me going.

there's my general background, kick my ass in terms of criticism, I'm not defensive or sensitive...

just for fun here's me in September 2004, i could have made a lot more gains if i had known what i was doing from there and to about 2006. i pretty much blew the summer of 2006 by f^cking around and not being serious at all.

these pics i think i was around 165-170lbs...apparently that last pic is a "lat spread"

Great progress. You look small for 213, but everyone holds their weight differently I guess. What happened to that sweet chain from the earlier pic?

Good job. Must have on hell of a trainer to make those changes...This is a good idea of what diet and hard training can do. Although diet can be better of course.

    Thanks guys...

Dangerdan - i just stopped wearing it, i don't really know why.

Bino - ya, trainer was good, i look better than him now too so it's pretty funny...jks

but on a serious note, i am going to get stricter on my diet. after being on a "good" diet from September i have seen the impact it has.

anyone have anything to say about improving?

i have always wondered if my legs are in proportion to my upper body, i personally think they're one of my stronger areas, but what do u all think?

I noticed that your belly button is quite gigantic, I mean you could fit a bowling ball in that thing.

legs look good, and both your back shots look good. I think they look better partially because the lighting and you look more tanned in them for some reason. Lat spread has definitely improved from the previous pic I saw of it.

LMFAO ya i know it's f^ckin HUGE and i have no idea why, when i started gaining weight it seemed to happen. i can fit a canadian quarter in there, it fits quite nicely .

the "tan" is due to the difference in lighting, the back shots were taken a day or two before the others.
