Looking for Cycle help

Any suggestions on a good cycle to go along with injectible Stanzolol also known as Winstrol. Oral or other injectibles. Also is it o.k. to just take by itself. I am 6ft 4in 250, 20% bf. Ex football player. Never done a cycle yet, am about to try first cycle. Trying to put on hard muscle with out the weight gain in form of water retention.

no stanazolol should not be run on its own as it could shut you down hard and the gains are not very beneficial...in my opinion all cycles should be run with a test....so my advice to you would be to run some test e or c at around 500mg a week. For a first cycle I would just go 12 weeks at 500mgs a week of test e without the stanazolol but if you really want to include it then throw it in for the last 4-6 weeks.

at your stats, winstrol really wont benefit you. Its more of a cutting and hardening drug than a muscle builder. The leaner you are, the better you will benefit from it. It is commonly not recommended to run alone, due to possible shut down, although its not the most suppresive compound out there. I know people that run it alone just fine, they also do proper PCT. Personally, I would suggest doing more research and dieting down a bit first. Your bodyfat is too high IMO for steroid use. Then look into a simple test cycle for 10-12 weeks. You can use an AI to keep to bloat off and of course do a proper PCT
