    Post Mass Tab Log

    Hey guys I started Mass Tabs yesterday.

    I will summarize my cycle here...

    I'm 24 yrs old, i'm 5'8-5'9 my weigh in is at 155... and my wishful thinking goal weight is 170, 165 after PCT

    Maybe %7 body fat i will get a 7 point caliber measurement for the next post-

    I'll increase caloric intake by 250 every week or as my body needs for 4 wk cycle.

    Other supp's- solgar's multi vit, muscle milk & dex, casein, and %100 whey iso, glutamine, total efa's

    PCT- i dunno yet but prob some Nolvadex and maybe the IDS pct tabs, i will also finish almost empty bottles of CEE, Nitrix and ZMA

    I have a pretty fast metabolism, somewhat of a hardgainer- I'm a Trainer/Nutrionist been doing it for 6 years, lifting for 8 on and off. Played high school sports and still play b-ball and baseball from time to time. Boxed for 3 years on and off too.

    Well that's all i think...

    Any questions or suggestions are welcome!

    Day 1 workout 1

    My first day was on Sunday 7/01 Ch, Sh, Tri following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weigh 155
    I had a week off before starting...
    Took my tab 1hr pre-w with my pre-w shake
    good energy, got through workout in 80 min

    Tue, day off- ohh so sore... took tab, my body is asking for more food already! Something worth noting is that i experienced a 'hot flash' warm sensation all over maybe after an hour of taking the tab that lasted a few min's...

    I took pics and tried posting yesterday but wouldn't upload, something about waiting for approval from the board but the thing never loaded! any IT guys out there?

    Got my measurements in (7 point caliper reading) i'm at %6.50 body fat- great, but i'm not really trying to lose overall body fat- i'll take any mass!!! lol

    Well today i'll be working Back, Bi, & Forearms

    can't wait!

    your pretty lean bro, goodluck. Personally i think you could of put on some more weight before you started cycling, but hey everyone says that about everyone, so.... goodluck

    Funny because i felt the same way. I've bumped my calories before... used some weight gainers, compiled all the over the counter supps that support weight gain and appetite and was maybe lucky to stay at a bloaty 165 for a few months. It is discouraging at times so I come back to a leaner me. I prob need a bit more discipline so for now i've planned this cycle thoroughly. Any extra things that you've personally tried for weight gain...? i'm all ears.

    Workout 2

    Second day was on Tue 7/03 Back, Bi, Forearm following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weigh 155-156

    Took my tab 1hr pre-w with my pre-w shake
    A little sluggish coming in... on 5 hr sleep. Nonetheless i already felt "hard" all around- from the tabs i'm assuming.

    Still sore from Day 1-

    Pull ups where preety good... I got a great pump from them (i'd say i was 1+ pull up stronger than usual) Bi and forearm work was solid

    Today my whole upperbody is trashed... lower lats... peak of bi's... everything!

    Legs are today... in 30 min... gtg

    i feel your pain bro, im up there with the hardest gainers in the world. i actully uped my cals by 1000 and barley put on any fat. i did gain close to 20 pounds on my frist SD cycle which is unherd of, but the upped calorie intake it worked like a charm. Now im not saying up your cals by 1000 as it worked for me and might not work for you. but i would up them in increments of 200 a week, to see how you feel, then when get to a point where u have steady weight gain, keep it at that level. theres no set rules for gaining weight, everyone is different. also i used weight gainers as well, there all junk in my opinion, food is where the real weight gain is.

    thanx for your time and your help with a fellow hardgainer... 20 pds sounds great, how many did you keep? in reference to the increments i'll be up'ing 250 per wk as i wrote on the first post of the thread- lol... hardgainer minds think alike

    Workout 3

    Wed 7/04 Legs following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weigh 155-156

    Took my tab 1hr pre-w w/ lunch

    Freaking gym was closed for the 4th... paid $5 for a day pass at a neighborhood gym

    Had to sub my squats with smith mach squats... anywayzzz... also had to get creative with my hams as there wasn't a lying leg curl mach either-

    Besides all this i still got an acceptable workout... I felt good on the last reps of lunges that i dread and always question my ability to finish and not fall on my a s s.(TABS?) I upped the poundage on the squats by about %20 to make up for the SMITH . And hit an extra drop set with the calves.

    done in 55 min.

    Workout 4

    Workout 4 Friday 7/06 Ch, Sh, Tri following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weigh 157

    Took my tab 1hr pre-w with lunch

    Slapped an extra 5 lb on all chest exercises- same reps

    after the Sh presses the double drop Sh raises were unbelievable- feeling strong at that point, I could already see a difference in thickness while working out

    Calves are still hella sore from Wed workout

    I see and feel improvements... 6 tabs down 24 to go!!!!!

    I'm starting to eat anything i get my hands on... my body yearns for more!

    Workout 5

    Workout 5 Sunday 7/08 Back, Bi, Forearms following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weight 158-159

    Took my tab 1hr pre-w with my pre-w shake

    I had a couple of drinks Sat night, i dont think this was as much of the problem as the fact that i got 4-5 hrs of sleep before I squeezed a workout before work.

    To date the worst workout... felt like the tabs kicked in late or my body was dragging for the first half hour...

    Strength was still up a few pounds on rows... noticeable when late in sets and pounding out a few cheat reps.

    Legs tomorrow and my calves are still sore!

    wow don't really know why i thought you started at 160...well i'd say you are doing damn good up 11 pounds in 18 days.

    the not quiting thing was a bad joke about taking a dip (chewing tobacco) to calm down because you seemed pretty wound up. there is a thread on how it helps lower estrogen i thought it was funny.

    well good luck with your last 12 or so pills

    LOL oh ok...believe it or not i never 'DIPPED'... tried just about everything but not that. I can be a social smoker at worst when tipsy. But no playing around while on cycles... I've opted for water, cranberry juice, & tea when i go out, its good on the wallet too

    I think I could give you a better answer if i knew your experience with PH's... also how much experience in the gym... and your stats.... IMO i think someone over 200lb could easily take 60mg(2 TABS) of this compound and achieve great gains with little sides. Nonetheless if this is your first PH cycle of any kind and you have less than 3 years in the gym 1 TAB is more than enough. Get your diet, workouts, and sleep and you'll grow!!

    I am 5'11", 185lbs, and have been on working out and dieting consistently for about 2 years. I have done 2 cycles of SD with decent results. From what you say, I should probably just stick to 1 pill for now. If I feel like I can handle it, maybe ill up it to 2 for the latter half of the cycle.

    hahaha thanks boys. I dont know if my knowledge on PH's is the best on the website, I guess it could be but probably because I activly research them, and not to many people do. And the reason is because there are looked down upon in the steroid world. Theres no long term studies on them, and theres lots of potential sides from them that you dont get from "the real thing." Even know SD, PP, M1t, Mass tabs.. ect are the REAL THING, a lot of avid users who juice will not admit to it, or dont like to. If its not Illegal then obviously it doesnt work, or thats what they think. And trust me theres plenty of people on here that argue with me, and have also proved me wrong from time to time in the past but it seems to happen less frequently everyday.... which is always good

    I credit most of my knowledge to "Upstate Tank" because the man was plain genious. He was definetly the PH Grur before me. Unfortunetly he got banned for unknown reasons, like a lot of good knowledgable bro's around here. Also #12 also knows his shit, but prob has better things to do then sit on his ass and type them out hahaa, i just work a lot and am on the computer so why not inform myself?, so I can help others and for the most part myself .

    As for the dipping, I cant say anything about it because Im a smoker. I CAN tell you thats its prob not somthing you want to start doing, as I wish i never started smoking... regret it everyday, and plan on quitting after this weekend ( i say that every weekend ) It is true that nicotine lowers estrogen, BUT you dont have to worry about estrogen while your "on" cycle because its impossible for these PH compounds to aromatise while your on cycle. PCT might be a better time to take up nicotine intake but even then, there obviously better ways to lower estrogen then smoking a butt or chewin on some Dip.

    Workout 13

    Workout 13 Thursday 7/19 Legs following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weight 166

    Took my tab 1hr pre-w with lunch

    I was alittle down on my weight dropping a few lbs so i took it out on the weights today... the strength is still there, i went up 5-10 lbs to everything i did in workout 10. My back was a little sore from back day but deadlifts were still great. I've been focusing extra hard before sets and during sets... blocking everything out and giving it my all, it's funny but i talk to myself now... psyche myself up... and motivate for extra reps and intensity.

    Weight gain isn't as fast and progressive as before, is there something you guys figure i do to get back on the up and up?

    Besides this i'm very satisfied with how i look... running to the gym has become an incentive as i catch cuties commuting around the neighborhood checking me out and vice versa... i'm waiting for one of these LOL

    dont worry about 3-4 lbs gained or loss through the day the cause of your loss could be a combination of things.Most peaple especially body builders are up and down a few pounds throughout the day because of water intake or loss(sweating,urinating) Trying to pack in 3500 calories into your diet. and of course shitting out that 3500 calories throughout the day.keep up the work.

    True... I guess i was just getting used to the weight increasing everyday that losing 4 overnight was overbearing... lol... but you're right and thanx for the advice.

    Workout 14 Saturday 7/21 Ch, Sh, Tri following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weight 166

    Took my tab 1hr pre-w with shake

    On this workout we went back to the 1st cycle of exercises, keeping a log is of great help as i just added 5-15 lbs on all chest exercise figures from the first go around. 240x6 on decline was a highlight for me... tri's are coming along also. My shoulders are my weakest possibly because i've had my share of tendonitis and rotator cuff injuries in the past.

    Although the weight gain is slower i'm getting thicker all around... thighs are getting nice and full and my skin seems thicker... I drink alot of milk, it may be contributing to that, who knows...

    took tab 1hr pre workout

    Great intensity! Cable rows are freakin awesome right now... On my 3rd set i got posessed and blasted 6 cheat reps from hell, wow, couldn't believe the strength. My bi's keep developing well. And for some reason my arms biggest improvement has been my forearms, they are pumped all day everyday... a bit painful at times.

    I'm experiencing moodiness more now than at the beginning, some tiredness, some light headedness... just takes some will power to overcome the feelings.

    Workout 16 Tuesday 7/24 Legs following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weight 168-168.5

    I FORGOT TABS AT WORK! MISSED DOSE-SKIPPED DOSE

    A bit dissapointed in myself, obejective was to never miss a workout/dose... anywho i still had a good workout, my squat has really kicked in.... just keep piling on the weight, started doing my calf workouts with only socks on... trying to really make em work, i might be adding extra calf workouts to the program. Lying leg curls had my hams ready to snap... solid stretch- steam room 5 min cold shower ahhh accomplished

    Workout 18 Friday 7/27 Back, Bi's, Forearms following "24 workout mass blitz" routine

    took tab 1hr pre workout with shake

    Don't know what it was but i was weak in most back exercises... weighted pull ups had me failing at 10 on the first set with only 10lb+... Got a good pump from bi's but again the lifts were weak/weaker. I do love the pumps i'm getting in the gym, wish i could maintain that look 24/7

    Weight gain has stopped and i dont know how to ingest any more food

    Workout 16 Monday 7/30 Legs following "24 workout mass blitz" routine
    weight 168-168.5

    took tab 1hr pre workout

    Finally a freakin great leg day!! yeah baby... squatting like there's no tomorrow... plates under heels after pre exhaust double drop on leg extension, on 3rd set i eeked out 275 for 8... straight leg deads were also great and the set looked like this 135 x 15, 185 x 12, 205 x 10, 225 x 8, 275 x 4...

    I came in determined and left feeling great

    2 tabs left!!!!!!! noooooooo... i don't want it to end~!

    I got my Nolva prescription(made out to my girlfriend) and will picking that up today... I've yet to get the amp 02, i must do this so i wont skip a beat... got the rest of my pct ready....

    Thanx, its been tough keeping up...but it sure feels like i have more pressure on myself to deliver and finish now that i have started a log... I'll have some pics posted up soon...

    my Tabs are about to run out... i'll take some pics at the end of the mass tab cycle and then pics when i'm done with the "24 workout mass blitz" program..

    I put about an inch on my arms and weight is stable at 169 from 155 when i started... i'll have a caliper reading for you guys soon, i hope those numbers didn't sky rocket...

    This log is top notch! Loved reading it. Even unflexed from the back I could see the belly of your tris were much fuller. Legs looking more developed as well than in the first set of pics. Your chest looks about the same, but your shoulders are rocks bro. Nice work.

    Keep in mind that since you've been pushing so hard, sometimes it might take the body a few weeks to fully recover and you may notice you are even more full looking. If this is the hardest you've pushed yourself, Id say at the end of the cycle take it real easy for a week and get some good sleep . Let everything recover nicely after your PCT. The majority of people will carry more water weight when 'bulking' and taking PHs , so dont be surprised if your weight goes down some. Dont just go by the scale though, that can be hard on the psyche. When you are all done if you are even able to keep 5-8 solid pounds, that would be impressive in this short of a time. Considering you say you are a hard gainer and stay that lean, you should be proud of yourself. Even 5 lbs of muscle would be a victory, and you may even have more. You atleast got your weight up there and moved some heavy lbs.

    Keep us informed of how it all shakes out.

    Just as tip, since you have a high metabolism, snack on nuts through out the day. Almonds and Walnuts are great choices for healthy fats, and they are high in calories and particular vit. and minerals. Lots of potassium as well(more than a banana). Dont be afraid of whole eggs either. The yolk aids a bit in your T levels, and obviously aids your caloric intake. Also get some Flax Meal(ground flax seed) its cheap, full of good fats and fiber, and even has protein in it. I add that to yogurt, shakes, oatmeal, even over salad.

    These arent any secrets thats for sure, just trying to help. Its good to keep diet in mind.

    Thanx for all the support.... I'll be taking 5-7 days completely off maybe some light core work and super light cardio just to keep the engine running but i'm def going to allow time to fully recover... for potassium i was only doing bananas, funny you mentioned it(i'll go buy some at the health food store asap...fairly cheap) and i will start eating nuts more often, i only eat peanut butter and supplement with efa's... I also have the raw flax seeds.... thanx for your time and checking my log!!!

    PCT looks like this.... Nolva 40mg 1st week 20 mg 2nd,3rd,4th week including most of the support supps for ph's and i will start amplify 02 after my 5-7 days of rest

    Just an update... it's been 10 days since i finished the masstab cycle and my weight is at a steady 166-167... body fat with 7point caliper reading is %7.44.... results were better than expected

    Wish I did..I have other problem put it on easy just not where I want to...sucks when your not as young any more and metabolism starts going into neutral on ya

    you know sometimes i try to think about it, i do have it easier than others... as far as age and metabolism goes... however i still have trouble getting over my lean body, everyone is self counscience about somthing i guess... let's just keep working out and see where it takes us... it could only get better.
