Just as tip, since you have a high metabolism, snack on nuts through out the day. Almonds and Walnuts are great choices for healthy fats, and they are high in calories and particular vit. and minerals. Lots of potassium as well(more than a banana). Dont be afraid of whole eggs either. The yolk aids a bit in your T levels, and obviously aids your caloric intake. Also get some Flax Meal(ground flax seed) its cheap, full of good fats and fiber, and even has protein in it. I add that to yogurt, shakes, oatmeal, even over salad.
These arent any secrets thats for sure, just trying to help. Its good to keep diet in mind.
