yes, you can frontload the test and deca.

i did and i am glad i did. I did a double dose of both. I should have done a doulbe dose twice, For the first 2 weeks and then go down to the regulare schedule.

hmmmm thats a thought! did you notice test e working anyfaster with the frontload?

actually u only do it the first wk, with long esters like deca and cyp/en u inject every 3.5-4 days. so first injection is double then the second injection(3.5 -4 days later) is double, thats it..... resume normal dosing after that

For example I'll be running 600mgs of test e so on my first shot I'm just going to do 900. 1,200 would be more than double the weekly dose I took on my first cycle(I ran 500mg of Sustanon) and I've heard the sides are far more likely when you double up.

If your cycle is 600mg/week, you wouldn't be doing it all in 1 shot, so frontloading you wouldn't do it all in 1 shot either. If you are doing 600/wk, split in 2 shots, then when frontloading your first week would be 2 shots at 600 each.

Very interesting. Any benefit or drawback to running 450mg per shot over the 1st four shots instead of 600mg over two? I would probably be more comfortable spreading that amount of test over 4 shots or does that defeat the purpose of frontloading?

I guess it would depend on the timing of the shots, if it's test e then most people only shoot it twice a week, so to frontload you would double the amount for each of the first 2 shots.

I have never frontloaded before but with all the things I have read recently I am looking forward to doing it on my next cycle.

If i was to do 375mgs every 3.5 days of test e for 11 weeks after front load and i wanted to front load the first week would i front load 750 monday and 750 thursday? thats 3cc/ml?

yep, that's right, assuming the gear is 250mg/ml concentration.

front loading seems to get in my system quicker... for example... instead of it taking 5 weeks to kick in.... i can really feel gains and strength at 4 weeks...

test e i frontload at 1000-1200 mg/week for 2 weeks or so. I just frontloaded equipoise at 1200 mg/week for 2 weeks also and am now doing 600 mg week of both...I was doing two shots a week of 500-600 mg test and 2 shots of 600 mg EQ.

thats OVERDOING it, read a little on frontloading or read my earlier post, im tired of tying to explain it, its not that efin hard!

This cylce i didnt frontload and the test e didnt kick in until week 6-7
