I would kill the extra protein if they are large eggs your getting 36g+10 or so from the oaties ad 2 eggs if you feel the need
9am met rex protien shake  40 grams
I would strongly suggest a whole food here such as your next meal and probably some beans for fiber atleast thats what I do
