i think igf lasted for about 3-4 months at room temp
If your insulin has been at room temp and hasn't been exposed to heat, then it should be fine. Anyway, you will know once you take it. As for your IGF, that's something you want to keep refridgirated.

oops that was supposed to say insulin gone bad, anyway gear youve answered my question thankyou,am i right in thinking that if it goes bad it goes cloudy or lumpy?
Faster acting insulins should be clear. The substance in the vial should look like water. If it's cloudy/lumpy, then there is something wrong with it.Originally Posted by bigtomo1
