just wondering if anyone knows what causes that? i know many people say they eliminate milk from their diet when cutting up cause it makes them bloated, but is it the milk itself or the casein protein in it?

yea, cutting carbs does suck. that's why i cycle my carbs. every 4th day, i get to look forward to carbs againOriginally Posted by bpm1
. best thing is it also keeps your metabolism up by doing it. still can't help but feel the carb loading days hold me back sometimes, lol, but i know you gotta do it for the fastest results. nothing else cuts me up faster than carb cycling.
tell me the split, ive never cycled them so how does it go?Originally Posted by ascendant
right now my carbs are 225 gms on lifting days and 150 on nonlifting cardio days.my w/o split is mon/tues-weights and cardio, wed-cardio and lagging bodyparts, thurs/fri weights and cardio, sat-cardio lagging bodyparts, sun-off
anyway fill me in. i hear people talking bout it all the time, ive just never implemented it myself, im thinkin i'll try it.

you should stay away from all dairy products
It's the lactose in milk which is a simple sugar. A lot of people (not all) don't have enough of the enzyme lactase that breaks down lactose in the digestion process. If you don't carry enough of that enzyme the lactose will slowly digest in the large ingesting causing gas or a bloating feeling. I've always had problems with this so I don't eat/drink many milk products whether I'm cutting or not. I've been tested but I'm not lactose intolerant it just gives me wicked wind!
thanks bro ill check it out
Casein tends to make me feel a little bloated. So it's probably a comination of both.Originally Posted by ascendant
I can't drink store milk without getting a little gas. I made the old lady a believer in raw milk.
