    Creatine Monohydrate don't work anymore!

    Anyone of you got same problem?
    First time I used creatine it worked very well, strength and endurance increased. Took few months off of creatine and than started again, nothing. Than again few months off and than on and nothing, strength is same as without creatine, endurance almost unchanged!

    Anyone with same experience?

    about 6 months after I took up bodybuilding I had very little training, diet, and supplement knowledge whatsoever. Creatine monohydrate, which was the most popular and talked about supplement at the time became my first supplement experiance. I took the GNC 100% pure CMH, and I saw strength gains and made some size gains too, but mostly just some strenght increases. I took creatien again about 4-5 months later with similar results. But since then, I have not taken CMH in over a year with the exception of the miniscule amounts found within my single scoop of SuperPUmp 250 before training. But october proved devasting for me....food poisoning.....two seperate cases of BAD colds...goign out of state for days-week at a time. I lost like 7-8 pounds or more in a little over 2 weeks. Plus I am at the end of my savings from my last job and just started my new job but i don't get paid for another 3 weeks..so i am broke. But I go to the vitamine shoppe in search of a good/inexpensive weight gainer (which they did not have) and instead ended up purchasing some Bodytech 100% Creatine Monohydrate. I did the loading phase for the first time in over a year and by the thrid day..i could tell a difference. I am on my 2nd day of single 5g maintence dosages now, and today Is my first workout since loading. Creatine monohydrate actaully surprised me how well it worked this time around....personally in my now far superior knowledge of training, dieting, and supplementation...i didnt think it was going to do very much...but it did...i'm glad I went with my gut.

    My advice too you: Take at least 6-7 weeks off beteen cycles is 4 isnt enough. Try a different form of creatine, or a different brand of monohydrate. Make sure during your loading phase you can feel the differenc ein your body..if not slighlty extend the dosages, the duration of the loading phase, or both. its worth a try. Also taking a 5g dosage of CMH with NO2 will rush the creatine to your body and help you use it. good luck
