    Diet Critique

    Hey,
    Ok I'm asking for a Diet Critique. I am trying to build a healthy life style without steroids for now, maybe one day I'll try HGH or something else. I'm 20yrs old, 5'9", and 170lbs.

    Breakfast:
    1 Cup dry oats,
    1 Banana
    1 Meal replacement shake (300 cals, 40g pro) or when I have time, 7 Egg Whites with 3 slices turkey.

    Lunch:
    2 Whole Wheat (6g per slice) Turkey Sandwiches
    1 Can of beans
    1 Cup of vegetables

    Snack:
    1/2 Cup Oatmeal
    1 Can Tuna
    Random Fruits

    Dinner:
    1 Cup Rice not prepared
    1 Lean meat,Options: Tuna, Chicken, Salmon, Shrimp, Sirloins, etc..
    1 Cup Vegetables

    Night Snack
    Meal replacement Shake: (40g pro)

    Each Meal contains between 50 and 60 grams of protein, I'm trying to build lean cut muscle, what do you think?

    oh Well I posted it in the diet questions section and didn't get any responses so I re posted here. You said to give this diet critique to who?

    perfect beast he was offering to help people with their diets not so long ago, how long ago did u post in the diet forum?? give it a while and you will be answered you will need to have more macros in for your answers though go here to get them very useful site:-

    Diet questions are not only referable with perfectbeast. He cannot answer to all newbies questions because he has a life too and this is a board where there are THOUSANDS of member that are here to help people like you. So please, lach, don't work as a intermediator.

    To the threadstarter, if you have posted this in the diet forum, you have to wait for the people to reply, we're not all living in your country so it could be take time to get an answer, and needless to say, your diet needs a lot of work.

    Sorry chuck no offence intended, was only referring to beast from the thread he published previoulsy no harm intended i do appoligise.

    OK where to start...

    First of all, 5 meals won't suffice IMO.
    You have to specify your goals on what your diet will be for.
    Meal replacement shake is not healthy food, you have to eat, especially in the morning.
    I'm pretty sure your macros don't suffice with your minimum daily caloric intake.
    You have to post at least the total daily macros, hoping you know what they are, then we can better have an idea on your diet.
    Add a pair of meals first, be sure they are 3 hours max from each others.
    I don't see your pre-workout and PWO meals, do you train as well?
    repost your diet with the necessary editing so I'll be glad to help you again.
