Soy is not a risk.
It'd take 10+ servings of non-alcohol-washed soy protein (each supplying 125mg of phytoestrogens) to put any healthy male in the 'high-consumption' bracket.
If anything, males are at higher risk from milk and milk-based products.
Milk is taken from lactating cows.
Lactation is female-hormone mediated.
And... the cows supplying milk for public consumption are administered hormones to increase and regulate the milk supply.
Subsequently, milk is a high-estrogen product.
Estrogen.. Not phytoestrogens.
Keep that in mind when you're chugging your skim.
