    Correct dosage >????

    Im gonna start a cycle of decca 300 and sust 250 I only 185 5'11". what should I take and how often>>??

    if you dont know the answer then you should do a little more research before using steroids

    Thats why im asking someone more knowledgeable

    I have used deca before once every 4 days 300mg and I was told to also use the sust the same day both every 4 days , Someone else told me I needed to do deca every 4 and sust every 2 so Thats why im asking I have never done sust and what Im reading is that I should do 500mg a week at least.

    post cycle therapy, you need to research alot more because if you cycle and don't have a proper pct set up you'll lose all your gains so your cycle would be worthless, plus you'll take a long time to get your natty test levels back so you'll be all the worse for it

    more specific if you can
    bf%
    training experience
    what pct do you have planned
    how clean is your diet
    those type of details the more the better we can help

    Im not sure on my body fat %, I have been training off and on for a few yrs I have been training 5 days a week for the last 2 mths , My diet is pretty good alot of protein been trying to take in at least my body weight a day , one prob is i work outdoors and all summer i sweat off pounds in the heat so its tuff for me do gain any size

    Definately do more research......We all want to make big gains, and get real strong,....but we must do so in a safe enviroment......this means correct diet, training, sleep, and once all these factors come together,....then and only then is someone ready to think about doing AAS......
