dosing for clen?

Goimg to start clen and would like some feed back on dosing. was going to start with 5 .04 tabs and increase by one day to day according to effects but i have no idea on how long to take it before starting benedryl and weither or not i can immediately go back on after a week of benedryl?

5 tabs sounds like way too much... you should start more with like, 1/2 tab and work up to 3.

5 tabs at .4mg is 200mcg, that's a really high dose, look at the thread by salient at the top of this forum, i answered it earlier and it has a link to PB's clen FAQ, READ THAT BEFORE YOU START

are you sure theyre 0.04?? Ive never seen nor heard of 4 mcg tabs..my guess is theyre 40mcg so 5 tabs would be 200mcg which would be way too much

but if you insist go ahead and try. when you can't handle your shaking and your head feels like a migrane central station then you will understand.
how about google a conversion chart for mcg to mg.

here's how it works from a chemistry standpoint

Abbreviations
1 gram = 1000mg = 1000000mcg
1mg = 1000mcg

so if the stuff you have is 0.04mg then you multiply that by 1000 to find the dose in mcg

0.04x1000=40mcg

if you have 40 mg tabs they would equal 40,000mcg which would kill your heart cells and probably you

40x1000=40,000

On a more serious note... Clen is nothing to joke around with... beginners should start out with 60mcg and progress up to 120mcg.. no more than that.. It's unneccessary.. Also you have two options... Running it for 2 weeks on.. followed by 2 weeks off. Gives your receptors a chance to chill.. If you run it continously it will lose affect. You can run an antihistamine after every 2nd week I believe... Don't quote me on this.. I know there's a good Clen faq section somewhere around here and Im sure someone can tell you where...

clen is not an antihistamine, ingredients in antihistamines like benedryl up-regulate your beta receptors they are down-regulated by clen

diphenhydramine is the active ingredient in benedryl that up-regulates your betas, though ketotifen fumarate is a better up-regulator

Wannalookgood, sounds like your interested in clen, you should also look into albuterol or start a thread about clen or albuterol or both, we haven't had a good one of those for a while and i'll personally answer whatever questions you have, if i can that is, if you start one
