    Female newbie HGH questions.

Hello all, I am female 31 years old and would eventually like to compete in figur competitions. I am a ****morph, so I have a lot of muscle (for a girl I am at 135.4lbs and am 5'5" I believe my body fat is about 18%. I will know better soon--I am getting dunked this Saturday and having my RMR also evaluated. I lift heavy and am a nutritionist by profession so everything is good there. I would like to lose body fat. A lot. My thighs are 22" around. My waist is 29" I want to keep my muscles and lose all the fat. Get cut I guess! I don't want to look like a body builder just a figure competitor though. I also used to weigh 210 lbs up until 3years ago. I have a bit of loose skin(it only shows when I am hanging against gravity, not in a normal bikini. Does HGH help with skin tightening?
I am starting with .5iu, is this good? What should I increase too eventually? What is a good weekly incremental increase to get there? I will take 50mg of T4 at night, this is good? What about alpha lipoic acid and chromium? Should I go there? Also is there any known interactions that I should be aware of? I supplement with DHA/EPA, B complex, CLA...I am assuming these are fine to continue?
Thanks for all your help in advance. Any tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated! Best, S

HGH will not help with lose skin, that's something that must be removed surgically. On a good note though, HGH will help with fat loss. For someone like yourself you more than likely won't need anymore than 1.5 - 2IU daily but start on .5IU and up the dose from there on.

When it comes to increasing the dose, everybody is different. Some increase the dose weekly, some increase it monthly, it all depends on the user. Since you won't be using anymore than 2IU I would increase the dose by .5IU every 2 weeks, that way your body will really get used to the HGH and its effects before giving it more HGH. Taking your time to up the dose and increasing the dose slowly is a great way to avoid those nasty side effects. Combine a good HGH dose with lots of cardio, hard training and a good diet and you will get some nice gains.

50mcg of T4 at night is a great idea if you are taking HGH. This will also help with fat loss. ALA can be taken but you more than likely won't need it. I guess you'll figure that out as you go along.

    All the best Sara.
