to be honest i am a novice iv been looking it up most of the night to be honest i dont reali have a clue about these except a few of my mates have taken them some of them do not have a clue they just take them and go to the gym every so ofter.

Some other mates have taken sus & deccer i think they said and they are masive now they just said work hard but nt too much have a good intake of water and eat healthy

im 17 im about 5ft 7 and i trained for about 6months when i was in school but that was years ago now.
