    Test Cyp,Test Prop,Var,Win Depot

    Stats: 38yo, 5'11" 280lbs, 30% BF
History: Weight training for 20 years, Ice hockey 3x per week, competitive powerlifting in local competitions for fun. Been on the same solid diet high protein 60%, medium carbs 40%, 10%fat Aprox 3000-3500per day

This is my first post: been researching lots.
3 months ago i ran my first cycle of ASS....test cyp 400mg/week for 10 weeks and a good 3 week PCT weeks 12-15....i made an overall 25% gain in strength with a 5% reduction in body weight. And since have maintained all of my gains and weight loss with no change to my diet.

I went to my doctor before and after to insure my BP & cholesterol levels were all in good shape. During my cycle i felt no negative side effects. My sexual libido went increased dramatically and i felt a fantastic sense of well being. Since my PCT, my libido has returned to normal pre-cycle levels.

I have not changed my lifting routine, lifestyle or diet, i merely tried a cycle of ASS. Many here think because of my high BF% i shouldn't be doing this and it has no benefit, i obviously disagree. I am still an athlete can run a 7 minute mile, and bench well beyond my body weight and squat double my body weight. I would like to further continue down this path and further increase my strength while reducing my overall weight.

I would like to know if anyone has experience with this type of cycle for doing this and .

Week 1: 1000mg/test cyp (small front load)
Week 1-3: 40mg/anavar daily (kick start)
    Week 2-12: 600mg/test cyp
    Week 13-15: 100mg/test prop EOD
    Week 13-15: 50mg/Winstrol Depot EOD
    Week 16-20: Anthony Roberts PCT
    Week 1-20: Vitamin B6 & B12 daily along with multivitamin & 1 Gal water/daily

Thank you in advance for your opinions.
    Best Regards

I have similar stats and age. I'd like to see your progress with pics. I just posted pics of me in the members pictures forum. Tell me what you think.

    Keep up the good work.

just keep a running journal of your progress. It seems like your on a mission of sorts. Do you have any candids laying around that might show an obvious improvement???

Not a bad layout for a cycle but as LB mentioned your b/f seems high? I consider 13-14% being fat for BBing standards. Are you sure 30% is accurate, seems odd if you are ice skating and doing competitve PL.

Well as far as i can tell i am in this range based on those hand held units that you put your info into and then it puts and small electrical current through you to determine what your BF% is...its not totally accurate but its also not off by 15% maybe 3-5% off or so. I might be lower at 20-25% body fat....i am just trying to be as honest as i can to get the best input and help from more seasoned guys.

As far as ice skating and powerlifting...thats who i am...i have been doing both for over 20 years now....i also played football in HS & College as a linebacker.

Again i am 5'11" and 280lbs... I wear 38-40" levis jeans around the waist....I will take more measurements when i get a chance.

Remember, i am not a body builder, i work with heavy weights that use many muscles at one time. I do very little muscle isolation training. I use free weights almostn exclusively.
Basically i have tried many lower calorie diets and I end up losing strength. When i have tried ketogenic diets i lose stamina.
I am after STRENGTH...not mass....I am after...LOWER BODY WEIGHT...not harder muscles, or more vascularity.....I want more physical SPEED & STRENGTH & ENDURANCE at lower weight classes.

You guys are giving really great input and maybe my cycle is overkill. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated. Again thank you so much.
