    Got my Lipostack Ultra today

    Well I think I got it. Mail site says it is delivered. I will see when I get home. I'll be using it during pct, so I will let you guys know how it goes. I won't be keeping a day to day log, because, well....I'm lazy.

    But I'll update from time to time to make my general impressions know.

    One question about the lipoflame. It says take 3-4 am (or before cardio) and 3-4 midday. Is that supposed to be everyday? When combined with the *********, I will only be taking 2 lipoflame, but assuming I was just taking lipoflame....even at the minimum recommended dosage (3x2= 6 a day) is not really a true four week supply. It comes with 160 pills (160/6 = 26 2/3, which is just shy of four weeks.

    I'll only be lifting 3 days a week so, if I am taking 5-6 ********* with 2 Lipoflame, the amplify will last me over 2 months, but the Lipoflame will last less than half that.

    Would it be more beneficial to drop the Lipoflame pre-workout and work up to a full dose of *********, and leave the Lipoflame for non-workout days and mornings only. Also, since it is pct, what about days I don't lift or run....should i drop it completely?

    Also, there is no information about the RawMCC dosing, except to take it post workout or at night and it will last a month. I plan on taking it everynight.

    Maybe I just need to order another Lipoflame and RawMCC if I decide I want to keep using it?

    OK, I know my dosing, protocol...just amplify 02 preworkout.... what with amplify 02 getting censored?

    Oh, and for all those who want to know, RawMCC is in powder form

    Hi

    take 3-4 Caps LIPOFLAME 30 minutes Before the AM run.

    take 1 Cap LIPOFLAME + 6 or 7 Amplify 02 30 minutes PreLift

    ON off Days
    Days Take 3 Caps LIPOFLAME AM and Again at Lunch.

    Raw MCC on the label says Once per day Post workout or at Night

    Whats the deal with taking it with food again? I remember reading that taking it with a little bit of food would help prevent an upset stomach (the lipoflame?) and that the Amplify should be taken with a small amount of solid fruit or apple sauce? Is that correct or am I confused?

    Food Increases Uptake of the Nueros by about 15-20%

    Also its help initialize the process of Fatburning

    Essentially a small amount of Carbs ( 25-35 grams) with Fat Burners is actually quite potent for Fat Burning

    Both can be taken on Empty for most

    Cool bro, 1 more thing.... sorry if the questions keep coming....

    does spiking insulin enhance the absorption of RawMCC, from what I can tell it isn't necessary, but at least anecdotally it seems it is best to take CEE post workout with WMS to help absorption. Is this why it is recommended to take it PWO on workout days or is it simply to replenish ATP stores as soon as possible.

    Well this sucks. Today was my first day with the Amplify 02 and Lipoflame.....

    I took the lipoflame this morning and it was cool. It wasn't very intense, but the energy it gave me was very clean. I must admit I am a bit of a stim junky sometimes, so I might try 4 lipoflame with a 1/2 tab ephedrine.

    But that is not the sucky part. I planned on hitting up the gym at 3:00pm, so at 2:15ish I just finished my pre-workout meal, I popped 10 amplify and packed my bag and took off for the gym.

    As I drove up, I could feel a bit of a head rush, got a little excited. It was my first day and all, so I was looking forward to it. But I walk up to the gym and IT IS CLOSED, due to some kind of "power disruption", and will open again at 6:00pm. So I took my tabs three hours early. I really wanted to kick that door down to hit the weights.

    So I'll be heading back at six, but if anyone reads this before then who is an experience amplify user, how should I handle this. Cut my loses and accept that I just took it early, or should I take a couple more before I hit the gym. I'll probably just take some caffeine and ephedrine before I lift, and hope I still get some of the effects.

    Just thought I'd give an update as to my initial impressions from Amplify, Lipoflame and RawMCC.

    I have been taking 4 lipoflame every morning, and again mid-day on non-lift days. The first day I got cheated out of my lift, so it doesn't count. I am just lifting 3 days a week(cause I am in pct) so really just two days of Amplify.

    Lipoflame:

    I like it. It is actually pretty mild, but I have a high tolerance for stims. The energy it gives is pretty mild but very clean. Some times on other stims, I get kind of light headed, but this doesn't give me this at all. In fact, at work it seems to help me concentrate.

    I find it takes about 45 minutes to kick in, so Wednesday I woke up at 5:45am, took the Lipoflame and an ephedrine (50 mg) and went back to sleep. I had an other alarm set for 6:15am, but I guess I messed it up when I turned off the 5:45 one. Anyways, I ended up waking up at like 7:00.....It's weird, I actually sleep really well on stims. I didn't want to get out of bed when I woke up.... but did, and had a great cardio day.

    Amplify:

    Like I said, I really only have two days of experience with this stuff. Tuesday I took 10, and today I took 12. Tuesday seemed to be a better lift than today, but it was arm day and arm day is always fun. Today was legs. I am holding my strength in all my lifts, but it is just my first week of pct.

    The amplify is similar to the lipoflame in terms of its cognitive effects. I like the focus it gives me, but it doesn't really give me any energy...at least so far. Also, like the Lipoflame, it seems to take about 45 minutes to start working. I have been taking it 15 minutes after my pre-workout meal, then hitting the gym 45 minutes later. I might try moving it back 15 minutes and taking it with an apple or something...

    I've never used any NO product before, so I can't compare the pumps, but my muscles do feel full. It is nice.

    RawMCC:

    I can't really quantify its effects...maybe if I had used amplify and lipoflame alone previously, but I am a believer in CEE so I am sure it is playing a factor.

    Overall:

    Keep in mind I am barely a week in, so these are just impressions.

    So far, I like the focus and clean energy this stack is giving me. I wish it was a little more intense (like what I was hearing from some other people), but either way it is something I'd like to use again (not really considering the cost). Not sure yet if it is worth $100/month for a poor guy like me.

    Good product so far though. Stay tuned for week 2

    Oh one more relevant piece of info.....it is pct so I picked up my calories. I am lifting 3 days, and doing cardio 3 day in the morning. I am carb cycling with 400 high, 300 mid, 200-150 low, My goal in using the stack is to retain strength while keeping slim. So far, since I changed the diet I am up in weight a couple of pounds, but it is probably just water or something. I don't seem to have gained any fat.

    Also, everyone is different. Stims in general don't affect me as much as most. I can tell you that I would LOVE these products if they gave me 'more' of that good clean energy.

    Also, this is just my first week. So my opinion is subject to change....it might get better

    Thinking about it. Lipoflame + ephedrine is pretty nice.....I might try adding ephedrine to the Amplify to see how that suites me.

    Lucky I got lots of ephedrine lying around. A couple years ago I bought 1000 whole sale, and still got a ton of em.

    So far, if I continue anything, it will be the Lipoflame. Maybe if business get really good for you guys, you can start offering a discount for buying more although I know ya'll have hard time keeping it on the shelf.

    Kaioken, anything in particular I should avoid stacking this with if I decide to try and experiment?

    If you took 50 mgs of Ephedrine and went to sleep you may want to consider going off all stims for 2 weeks, then go back to a more normal use Sir.

    LIPO or AMP alone is more then enough for a conventional athletes needs.
    On a side note Fruit ( small apple or pear) WILL increase the Uptake of the Nueros in Amp and LIPO by about 15-20%, we dont state this usually do to the product being strong as is.

    Also Sometimes the combo of half a dose Of Amp and Half LIPO does the trick for the harder core croud.

    My Fav is 2 Caps LIPOFLAME + 5 o6 6 Amplify 02

    Workouts are Legendary on that

    Yeah, I'm gonna have to try adding the Amplify to the 02 + some fruit.

    About sleeping on the stims, I always can do that, even when not taking stims regularly. I know I'm weird.

    Hey Kaioken,

    What do you think about taking ephedrine with the Amplify? I only ask because you had said some need 1/2 and ephedrine with the lipoflame.

    Today was my off day (no liftin/no cardio) but I still took my Lipflame (4 in the am/4 mid day). I slept really late (being the 4th and all) so was like super rested. Don't know if that had something to do with it or not. But it was kind of uncomfortable without and physical activity. I really wanted to go lift or run or something.

    Just a quick update....

    I know it isn't really recommended, but I have been taking a 50mg ephedrine with 10 amplify pre-workout, and it is awesome. The routine goes,

    T=-45 minutes 50grams whey isolate
    T=-30 minutes 10 amplify + 1 apple
    T=-20 minutes 50 mg ephedrine
    T=0 minuntes game time.

    It is awesome. I never want to leave the gym when I'm don with my lift.

    I also like ephedrine with my lipoflame...it greatly intensifies the thermic effects. It makes me feel like I'm on fire
