    DBOL before bed ?!?!

    Buddy of mine who is about to compete here in a big Show in PA has been seeing a pro for all his supplement,diet,cycle, lifting ect infromation.. basically paying this pro to advise him.

    This particular pro told him to take his 50mg a day of DBOL before he goes to bed ... ? Never heard or read about that so just wondering some feedback for you guys

    I didn't find anything that would advice taking at night/bedtime... but i found this, scope the last paragraph

    "The half-life of Dianabol is only about 3 to 4 hours, a relatively short time. This means that a single daily dosage schedule will produce a varying blood level, with ups and downs throughout the day. The user likewise has a choice, to either split up the tablets during the day or to take them all at one time. The usual recommendation has been to divide them and try to regulate the concentration in your blood. This however, will produce a lower peak blood level than if the tablets were taken all at once, so there may be a trade off with this option. The steroid researcher Bill Roberts also points out that a single-episode dosing schedule should have a less dramatic impact on the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis, as there is a sufficient period each day where steroid hormone levels are not extremely exaggerated. I tend to doubt hormonal stability can be maintained during such a cycle however, but do notice that anecdotal evidence often still supports single daily doses to be better for overall results. Perhaps this is the better option. Since we know the blood concentration will peak about 1.5 to 3 hours after administration, we may further wonder the best time to take our tablets.
    It seems logical that taking the pills earlier in the day, preferably some time before training, would be optimal. This would allow a considerable number of daytime hours for an androgen rich metabolism to heighten the uptake of nutrients, especially the critical hours following training."

    I would figure out the half life and then try to evenly space it throughout
    the day..but that's me.

    Taking dballs before bedtime..lol...reminds me of drinking milk before bed.

    Just wondering if anyone had heard of this..

    Dwade.. his idea behind was sorta the same idea that your highlighted... if you were to take it before bed it would help better repair everything from your lift the day while asleep and help rebuild and restore

    hmm, im curious as to if that has any real significance. i kinda doubt it. if you take it evenly spaced throughout the day and one of those doses is right before bed then your levels would be steady all day and night. which will give you that increased protien synthesis and everything associated with D-bol throughout the day. which is better then just taking it all before bed. but im not an expert. just my 2cc's

    so I have 50mg Dbols... used a pill cutter to cut them into 25mg halfs.. then used that to cut them into 12.5mg halfs....

    I wanna take 3 little halfs a day 12.5x3 = 37.5
    I know it sounds odd but I dont want 50mg a day and want more then 25mg lol

    So 12 - 5 - 10 would be good times to run them w half life between 4-6 hours?

    d-bol works most effectively when taken in small doses throughout the day. you should take around 10mg 4-5 a day, no such thing as bed time d-bol.

    with a half life of 3-4 hours, i would personally take it around the 6-7 hours period 3 times a day. but if possible, make it into quarters and take them 5 hours apart. thats going off the assumption that you take one at 7:00am, 12pm, 5pm and 10pm. this gives a good spread throughout the day and also means that the amount lost is half and a bit before you take your next one (regarding half life of 4 hours) so assuming he was taking 40mg a day, takes 10mg at 7am, by the tume he take his next at 12, the amount able to absorb is 5or 4mg, then he pump another to bring up another 10mg etc etc.

    i was taking 45mg bol only twice a day, i would take half at 12 in the afternoon then again at around 7 at night. this seemed to work. i played around with the times i was taking it and tried taking it an hour or so before i trained, but found it didnt really make a difference!

    anyways, just what i think, hope it helps
