PCT Help/hCG and Nova

I ran a 10 week cycle: Prop/Tren 10 weeks, and Winn last 6 weeks.

Im ready for my PCT. Im stocked with hCG and Nova. After reading some post on proper hCG use im getting a little confused. Question(s) is How much and how often do I use hCG, proper injecting method, and how much and how long do I use the Nova?

Im having trouble understanding U.I. vs ml vs CC.
