ephedrine Hcl dosage help

i bought interactive ephedrine hcl
its 8mg per tab
i'm takin six twice a day right now and i still aint feelin a thing
i'm takin in 96mg of this per day
i juss wanna now how much do i need to feel the effects of this

one more thing i never tried this before i juss started using this for the first time just in case if thats important

the most recomended dosage is
25mg-ephedrine(3of those 8mg tabs)
200 mg caffeine,ASA is optional.i bought a bottle interactive eph 8mg too but didnt tried it yet ,still using old 25 mg tabs

u have to use caffein with it, the caffein is what makes the ephedrin work. i think u are taking eay to much ephedrin too, u will have to poop like 400 mg of caffein twice a day to get full effect of the ephedrin if u are poping 96 mgs a day. u should take aspirin with it too

are you taking any caffeine? yes youhave to take caffeine with it too.like i said i take 25 mg eph +200mg caffeine twice daily and it works.try it

now that i added caffeine
i found that my energy levels has been up
but not by much
i have currently stopped taking it now
but look to start back next week
