    Talking Stoopid: Clen & Not "on"

    I've kept 75% of my size from my 3 month Test E/(6 week Tbol finale stack) cycle.
    I wonder if hoping on clen would devour my newly obtained muscle?
    I've been off for a month and 15 days.

    it could to a degree. personally im not a fan of clen. keep your cardio and diet dialed and you should be able to keep your muscle and keep the fat off.

    i've run 6-8 week clen cycles at high doses than most people use and i actually gained muscle, without any AS whatsoever

    One8nine is spot on as usual, its all how you manipulate your diet

    i have to agree with phate,i to am running a high dose long term clen cycle and i feel i am gaining muscle too.just loosing fat at the same time.diet is deffinetly the key.i only dropped my calories by 200 less than maintnence and added some cardio and its working great.i should prob add that i eat 8 small meals a day mostly protien,low carb,moderate fats. clen is allegedly anti-catabolic.

    I decided to run Ketosis (with high protein 1.5 per pound) with the clen.

    It helps me keep an eye on what I'm consuming in the easiest way possible.

    clen and keto don't mix IMO, unless you don't mind losing some muscle with your fat
