    My weightloss blog.

    Hey chaps,

    Figured i'd make a progress thread on here, charting from beginning to end how much weight ive lost, through just the use of Cardio and Diet.

    I'll start by telling you all a bit about me, ive been bodybuilding for years now, a good 5/6 years or so. I kept it going till about a year and a half ago, when lots of things in my life didnt go so well, and it meant me putting one a lot of weight (fat) and losing a bit of muscle.

    Well, ive still got the muscle, always have, i was just born that way but no im standing about 5'10 and 260lbs.

    Im joining the forces and need to get my BMI down to at least 30.

    So, this is not just a fat loss blog, its a weight loss blog, i need to lose all the fat, and lose a little bit of muscle too.

    So, time for a quick picture.

    (And yes, that tshirt is awesome, thanks)



    So, my BF isnt amazingly high, but it is too high at the moment, unfortunately the forces do everything on BMI, not BF, so for the purpose of this blog, everything will be in BMI.

    Just to give you an idea of things, i need to lose 50lbs, naturally, and "reasonably" quick, safely.

    (Ive already done about 19 days or so, so will update this thread now).

    DAY 1

    Up at 6:30am, first day back training, its hard and i can feel it, i do a little bit of jogging and then jump onto the bike and do 12 miles.

    Its hard work, i got an accurate reading of my weight and now it will give me something to go on.

    Currently 263.231941 lbs and 38.1 BMI

    DAY 2

    Straight back into the gym, trained twice this day, once in the morning, and once in the evening. Just cardio, no weights which hurts me so much.

    Bye bye muscles! Hello leaner body?

    Had to change my trainers, the ones i have arent cut out for training properly.

    DAY 3

    Getting into more of a rythm now, and really liking the cross trainer and the bike, get a nice workout from both. Also bought an MP3 player, stuck a load of songs on it, but my normal weight training stuff doesnt cut it.

    Gone for some 180-200bpm dance stuff, really helps keeping a rythm up!

    Only slight weight loss today.

    Another day early, im out this evening so hitting the gym hard this morning.

    My diet had improved, well, its better than it was, but i might need to change something.

    No recorded weight loss from yesterday, although its early days.
