i use different guns for different maps but you can't go wrong with the M16 with steady aim, deep penetration, and bomb seeker (until i unlock 3 frags and then i use that).

my #2 gun is MP5 with the same perks but i usually use the bandolier instead of bomb seeker/3 frags.

Generally I enter large/medium sized map with G36c. Any small map is the P90 of course, screw bondolier on maps, go with frag X3 for headquarters. Team deathmatch and ground war games bondolier helps a bit more. I use the ps3 though for online cod4. 360 all modded up for free games but no online activity.

I havent played for awhile, I think its cactusflagg or cactus_flagg.

My favourite weapon for ages was the AK47. Deep Penetration, special grenades and the perk that gives you greater damage.

I pla yfor PS3. I love doing HQ in shipment. Total chaos and I love it. You start off throwing a gernade then run out with the SAW blazing. I have gotten a little over 50 kills in a game.

Yeah and COD5 comes up this winter lineup too. Comparing GOW and COD are apples and oranges.

I've been wanting to switch to a new system but confused. How many people here have played SOCOM 2? That is a game i loved and still play every so often.

Within the cod4 and cod5 coming out, who recommends the ps3 system or xbox system. I like xbox because i hear paying for live keeps the amount of cheater low. Anyway if anyone use to play SOCOM and liked it could perhaps recommend either one would help.

xbox360 is what you need! Ps3 just isn't there yet in my opinion.
