Ive done my research for a few weeks and this is what I have come up with. training and diet is all dialed in. I was planning on running this cycle for 4 weeks. Taking the doses the way the bottles describe. Why not run novadex for pct??

trenadrol (really, any 'prohormone') are not prohormones in the least bit, they are REAL steroids
steroids = suppress if not completely shut down hpta
novedex = not gonna cut it to restart your hpta when pct starts--ive leared the hard way trying 6oxo following an m1t cycle...not fun in the least bit
b-fast - 1/2 cup of oats/glass of water+multi+stress B+flax
am snack - handfull of almonds,piece of fruit,sml yogurt, glass of water
lunch - bowl of turkey chili with 4-5 egg whites, 2 glasses of water
pm snack - handfull of almonds,kashi bar, glass of water
training - followed immed. with pow shake and a banana
dinner - chic, fish or lean steak with either steamed veggies or a salad, glass of water
before bed - sml bowl of cottage cheese w/sugar free jelly+multi+flax
training:
mon and thur - chest/biceps/abs/cardio
wed - legs/shoulders
tues/fri - back/triceps/cardio
sat/sun - off
thats about it! I would love to try the PH road out but not until im completely ready educated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
