    split nolva and cloimd dose

    should i take the doses at once or split them through the day..thanks

    20mg nolva each day and 100mg clomid for the 1st week daily then 50 for 4 weeks both

    you can split them (especially the first week) but not really a need.

    i would just take them before bed.
