I will try to ask this question as straight forward as possible.
I am currently 30 and have been weight training for 9 years. So far I have done 2 Cycles of Test C @ 400/week(e3d) 12 weeks, no Dbol, Tbol, Var etc. kickers.
Each cycle was done in January and then the rest of the year was off cycle.
The first cycle (Jan '07), I hate to admit, did not have the proper PCT/diet attatched to it so even after great size/strength gains, I figure I lost about half of it within 6 months.
The 2nd cycle (Jan '08), I did textbook with proper PCT and by the numbers, I figure I kept 85-90% and I was extremely happy.
...Now, I know I havent given any diet info, routine etc but assuming that diet is in check and PCT is as well, here is my question...
Since Ive only done 2 cycles in 24 months, will I see similar gains on my 3rd cycle of just Test C or should I add a 2nd compound? Im not looking for shear mass, but more so 10-12lb solid gain after PCT.
I will not be starting till I drop another 15lbs so Im down near 13-14% BF and at that point I will post every personal stat and complete diet and PCT for critiquing by you more experienced members before I start.
I was considering adding Eq @ 500/week because it seems a low side effect compound with decent gains.
Any and all comments (good, bad, ugly) would be most appreciated.
