Best AI for use with deca?

Just wondering what AI people prefer to run with deca? I heard bromo is good but just wondering what other people thought. And if bromo's the way to go than what dosage is recommended?

First off do not take any type of anti estrogen during cycle unless you start to notice signs of gyno. Then start a low dose of adex until signs subside.

Secodly bromo is not an AI, it is a dopamine agonist. It will raise dopamine levels which in turn lower prolactin levels which are the main cuase of limp dick during a cycle with a 19nor.

Yep.

Id start on .25mg EOD which is a relatively low dose.

So only take it when you see signs of gyno or take it anyway when you start the cycle?

It will help with water retention as well. I take 1mg twice a week (capsules cannot be split) just in case.

I agree with Lego, not to mention the fact deca hardly aromatizes. So why are you running a anti aromatase? You need to take a closer look at what deca does
