    changing your injection days...

    Just curious, if you had to change your injections days, say from monday/thursday to saturday/wednesday during a cycle, what's the best route for doing so? One day shift each week until you're at the desired day, or just straight up change it one week to the next.

    inject on monday, then inject on wednesday, then inject on saturday and then follow the saturday/wednesday plan.

    I inject every 3 days so my days are always changing.
