You would do better with a clean diet and great workout routine..dont waist your money bro...I am going to give you some home work...

go to the search at the top of this page and type in diet and read the threads. then type in workout or training and read the threads.

then I want you to go to probodybuilder.com and read the workout and diet section there. now after you have done all that come back here and let me know what you think...

there is no magic pill of shot that will make you grow lose weight or just make you a kool chick magnet. Only hard work and research with do thiese things for you..
