I have read lots of studies on the amount of protein one can process and use for grow/strength in one feeding session. They all seem to conflict, I have read some that claim as low as 20 grams. I know that I will sometimes eat 200 in a sitting(mainly because I am on a keto diet currently and crave protein so baddly I almost feel ill). My question is am I throwing money away by eating this much at a time, and if so what would be the limit per serving?
