Is there a way to ask about a specific brand of gear?

I have a specific brand of gear that I am concerned with the labeled dosage vs. what it actually may be (seems under-dosed) Is there a way to ask the Mods or Vets directly or back channel? I know I cant list the brand on the forum

Sust 250 250mg every 3rd day (500mg week)

5th week in not feeling much some strength increase 8 lb weight gain, the Sust 250 is my biggest concern due to no increased sex drive, or energy??
