What's up guys and gals! ok my friend that is a girl wants to take clen or assenlix for supplements while dieting and cardio, sooo, what is better and what ever is better, how should she consume them????????
Any other suggestions would be great!
p.s she is on a good diet and does about 30 to 40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week.
O yea, i have searched for assenlix on then net but can't come up with shit, what is it for? is it ok? what are the side affects, etc...?????
