    working out late at night...

    i like training late.

    i usually get to the gym at like 10:30 or 11pm...

    hardly anyone there - and the people that are there, are the ones who've been there for MANY years, and are all the more serious people...... works for me - i find they are the more respectful ones, helpful, etc....

    I don't like the 5pm crowd. bunch of tenny bopper douchebag dbol only cycle morons that all seem to think it's a competition.....

    plus im a nighthawk

    but

    it's 5friggin AM !!!!! i can't sleep. ugh.

    so ramped.

    anyone else train late?

    I work graveyard. Workout at lunch, bout 3 am. Gym is all to myself bit impossible to find a workout partner, dudes at my job are fat guys.

    I use to workout at 7:00pm and would find it difficult to fall asleep by 11:00pm. No way i could work out at 11 and be asleep by 1:30am.

    I lift at around 9:30 pm there's usually around 10-15 people there at that time. I also hate the early crowd. I do have trouble falling asleep on time but I work from 9 until
    6:30 or 7 Mon-Sat so it's hard to go any earlier even if I wanted to.

    I hate working out at 5-6pm I did it a couple times and it was too packed for my liking, even if thats when the hot girls are at the gym screw it I hate seeing tons of people running around and stuff.

    I go at 8-9pm its alot calmer and only the "usual" people are there.


    What i hate is bench days because I need a spotter and now of my friends workout at the gym I workout at so I missed my chest day yesterday and have to do it today so everything gets pushed back a day and now I have to go workout at a friend's community gym because he is the only who can spot me. I hate chest days because thats the only time I need a workout partner.

    I used to love working out around 10, the place was always empty. It worked out nicely because I didn't have class until 9am, but now I have to be at work at 0645, so I don't have that luxury anymore.

    I have one friend who works out religiously around 11pm every night then another friend who works out religiously at 6am.

    Im usually there around 4-5pm, the crowd sucks yep but you get use to it.

    i used to work out at midnight for a couple years because i liked no one being there and it was a lot easier to focus. now i went back to my old gym of senior citizens so i just go in around 5 pm and there are like 4 or 5 people there. if i went in the morning it would be slammed u know how old people are about getting up early.

    fk man im asleep by 10pm
    usually work out at lunch during my break cus i pretty much still get paid and i get it over with so i dont have to worry about it after work. I feel i usually have more energy around 4 to 5pm though for some reason, maybe i should switch it up

    I am at the gym 5:00 am 6 days a week, Tryed the late night stuff could not sleep at all to pumped up.

    I used to work until 9pm and would lift at 10pm with the weights I have at home.On days off I would usually lift at 2/3pm.When in college I would usually go to the gym when I had a free hour during the day.The only thing I don't like about training times,ect, are when the gym is packed and I can't get near the weights,machines ect.

    Usually get to the gym at around 8:30/9:00 pm and I usually can't fall asleep until about 1 or 2 am. Only sucks on days i have to work...but i haven't had any work for about 3 weeks so w/e. But it sucks because even at 9pm it is packed....luckily a new 24hr is opening up beginning of june so a lot of the traffic will move over there.

    I like working out late because when a girl I like walks to her car, I can rape her and she has no witness....other then that would rether be on the board making remarkable posts in the lounge.....

    Late night at my gym is all Bosnians who hang around for hours and play grab ass.
    It's more annoying than a packed gym at 5pm.

    I used to work out around 8-9 at night, the gym wasn't too packed but a straight up sausage fest. Now I go in 6 days a week at 8:30 a.m. and it's nice plenty of soccer mom's and younger women plus the gym's not busy either.

    work from 7p-7a, then hit the gym. get home about 10am sleep till 6 (if i'm lucky and not runnin the kids to the dentist like today...3 hours), wake up and do it again..that's why i started back on some t therapy..wearin my ass out

    I go to Golds gym and I'm thinking about switching to a 24hr fitness, because sometimes I want to work out at 2am. Lately I wait until it opens at 5am and then go, but then again I dont sleep at night, my schedule is all messed up.
