    Is my cycle ok?

    Hey,

    Quick Stats
    Age : 24
    Weight : 145lb
    Height : 6ft
    Diet : Stable 3 meal a day with 2 supplement drinks in between

    Quick history
    I have been under weight since i can remeber first being picked on in school for my weight which at the time was nto a concern to me. I would admit my diet was not great as a kid disliking almost every vegitable until i was about 15. Time passes eating healthy 3 meals a day between ages 15-20, at 20 i weighed 126lb which for height was considerably under weight by at least 20 - 30lb. I consulted my doctor on numberous occasions during my early twenties expressing concern about my weight and feeling un-manly, i mean you could see my ribs through my chest it was disgusting. The doctors said high motabilism and a bunch of other stuff and that with time as i get older i will gain weight naturally. Well for me i have been skinny all my life and i'm now in my prime years so don't want to weight anymore. When i turned 23 and still around 126lb's decided it was time do somet about it.

    I put together a strict diet plan and work out plan which i followed for 3 months missing a few meals here and there when feeling under teh weather but end result after 3 months was a gain of 17lb's i was noticing a gain on average of abotu 1-2lb a week. Towards the end of the 3 months i noticed my gains had stopped and after being happy to no longer be seeign my ribs decided to take some time off the diet afterall it was a 5 meal day with supplemnts and was really exhausting trying to cram in so much food.

    The break lasted for 6 motnhs and 3 months ago i picked up diet plan again and started again, this time i noticed no increase after the first 4 weeks so added an extra supplement drink to the diet adding an extra 250 calories per day. Still another 4 weeks later no increase and my this time gave up which i know is not the best way to handle it but its the honest answer. i'm not here to pretend i've tried everything but i have tried some things to try and increase my weight.

    Now as my last resort i have turned to researching steroids, firstly let me say i don't want to be huge i just want a body i don't have to hide during the summer. my ideal body weight would be 175lb and i'm not just after lean muscle i'm seriously just after the weight gain and for it to be evenly spread and not just a fat gut.

    So thats my history, thats what i've been through what i've tried and what has lead me to this forum. I have spent 4 hours this mornign reading page after page abotu different types of steroids, different side effects, different potency, cycles, post cycles ect. From all teh info i read i have decided i'm not one for injections so oral steroids are the only ones i'm interested in. I found Di-anibol to be one which popped up alot for beign good at gaining mass so this i chose as my main part of my cycle. I also found in my research issues with water retention and man boobs so i research nolvadex and clomid. As far as i understand nolvadex is taken when needed during a cycle to stop estrogen (sorry if this is wrong one i've read so much my brain is fried i here nolvadex stops man boobs)

    Clomid i read is good for post cycle and bringing my natural testosterone levels back up supported with more nolvadex. So from all this info and my research this is the cycle i have planned for myself to take part over 8 weeks as my first trial and see how it goes.

    Products I'm lookign to buy and use in my cycle any advice on if they look fake or not would be appreciated.

    Anabol
    Nolvadex
    Clomid


    Week 1-5
    25mg Anabol daily
    20mg Nolvadex twice over weekend

    Week 6
    20mg Nolvadex daily
    100mg Clomid daily

    Week 7 - 8
    20mg Nolvadex daily
    50mg Clomid daily

    1-2 weeks off before starting next cycle if i decided to proceed and have not met weight target yet.

    My biggest questions are is taking Nolvadex goign to affect my gians with it being an anti-estrogen?

    Post cycle is it a good idea to take both Nolvadex and Clomid as i read one is good for stopping the man boobs along with other things and the other is good to ratain the weight and stop water retention or somethign along those lines (again sorry not more accurate here but alot to intake in one morning)

    This cycle will be backed up with a 3 meal a day diet supported with 2 high calorie supplement drinks (Complan) I will be swimming 3 mornings a week for an hours and workign out 5 days a week for an hour with free weights. Saturday and Sunday will be my bodies rest day.

    Any advice or comment sbased on my history or my plans would be appreciated.

    Bro your not going to want to hear this but gear is not the answer for you. You say you tried increasing your diet to 5 meals, bro that is nothing. Try 8 meals a day real food, not shakes, and on top of that have a pre and post workout shake.

    Do you work out? or are just going to start on your cycle?

    How many cals are you getting a day?

    Bro go check out the diet forum and get on a solid bulking diet. IMHO the cycle you have up there will do no good for you bro, im trying to get you down im just telling you how it is.

    So answer my questions and we can work from there.

    thanks for the response.

    My Workout consists of swimming 3 mornings a week for an hour and free weights 5 days a week for an hour.

    I recon i take in about 2500 calories per day on my diet this is what i try to eat when on my diet plan.

    Morning, Ceareal and Complan this is the info on what i'm getting from complan

    Around 11:30 i make up some pasta and tuna dishes for the day. Recipe is 9 handfuls of pasta and 2 tins of tuna which i spread out into 3 portions. I eat one immediately after makign and refridgarate the other 2.

    Around 3pm i eat another pasta dish

    Around 4:30pm i have another complan

    Around 7pm i have my main meal with the rest of the family and varies each day from lazagne to raost dinner to fish and new potatoes teh typical evening meal stuff.

    Around 10pm i have my final pasta dish.

    This was teh diet which showed me an increase in weight of 17lb over 3 months and i thought i was onto a winner until the gains slowly but surely stopped so i introduced another complan but no change so this was when i gave up on the diet. Eating anymore in a day really drains me and has physical interuption to my work life.

    I would love to handle my weight gain with out steroids but i feel i have tried the natural way and stopped gaining. I now have a steady weight of 145lb but no more gains and therefore stopped what i thought was a heavy diet so i could focus back on my work. I am self employed so eating around my working horus is easy but i foudn i was constantly bloated and had no drive to work feelign tierd around 3pm in the afternoon and needing abit of a sleep.

    i will checkout the diet forum now but thought i would post this first incase you had other advice

    just noticed teh other 2 comments after posting saying steroids will do nothign for me until im up around the 200lb area i dont think i want to weigh that much, beign skinny all my life thinkign of weighing that much is a bit too much for me. I guess from what you guys are sayign i just need to eat more and continue to force feed myself.

    I here your comments about eating 6-8 meals a day that is just not possible for me i got small stomach or somet i guess cos i struggle to eat what i put in my previous post.

    Just to highlight my point i don't want to just gain lean musle it is more importnt for me to gain the weight. and hit a target of around 170lb.

    Again thanks for the comments. The one about my cycle not beign a cycle and sucking was interesting in that i read alot of info and this appeared to an ok begginers cycle but guess not

    Ok i think from what i have posted it looks like im doing it all wrong so going to checkout the diet forum and see what i can put right

    In my defence i did gain 17lb with that diet so it couldnt have been that bad to get me started but yeah i agree now its time to step it up a bit as my gains have stopped

    thanks again, any weekly diet plan advice anyone has liek what to eat and when to eat would be great whilst i check out the diet forums

    with the diet plan its easy to say eat 6-8 meals a day but how am i to fit that in around work? i cant cook 6 times a day whilst working i wouldnt get anythign done lol.

    Any tips on making up meals which can be reheated or eaten cold throughout the day which are high in protein?

    I meant no offense by telling you it sucked, BUT need you to understand that what you are eating is NOT gonna make you grow.

    and the 17 lbs you gained, I would like to know how much of that was FAT and how much was lean muscle.

    as far as the cycle sucking, well, it does. Not sure where you are getting your information on it , but it is NOT smart to take a substance that is going to SHUT DOWN your body's natural testosterone without replacing the Test you are LOSING !!! Your body needs testosterone...its the one hormone that makes men MEN !!! You do NOT want your body going without it !!

    at 145, steroids are gonna do NOTHING for you !!!

    you need FOOD, FOOD, and then more FOOD!!

    3 meals a day is NOTHING
    try 6-8 SOLID FOOD MEALS !!! not shakes, not bars, but FULL MEALS!!!

    you NEED to be able to get to AND maintain at least 200-220 lbs NATURALLY before you EVER consider steroids

    and just for the record, the "CYCLE" you proposed is NOT a cycle , and it SUCKS !!!

    Sorry, but that diet SUCKS, and is the reason you are NOT growing !!

    where is the Protein???

    where is the steak, chicken, turkey, eggs

    you need to eat two tins of tuna in ONE sitting, not throughout the day !!

    Your diet is the issue here, get that straightened out and you will grow like a weed

    You take your off day "usually Sunday for me" and you prepare your food, like cook 18 chicken breasts then u make portions accordingly.. Ur rice you prepare x 2 a week and tuna needs no preparing bud, make an effort and youll see soon it come naturally.. :-)

    pretty much mate you need a heaps of protein and carbs, and as i said id throw some dirty meals in there as well, to overload your kj intake, (not all the time just every now and then)

    i can see my food bill goign through the roof, I'm gonna put together a diet plan if i post it back will guys advise please don't wanna go buying crap when i can buy the best, already i see brown rice is better than white for carbs, chicken breat and steak is ggood for protein, and oh the egg whites hmm was rocky really onto something with that?

    Same height and 150lbs in high school. I weighed 200 by the time I turned 20. You can't fathom eating 6,7,8 meals a day because your body isn't used to it. You've got to get it used to eating to grow, and it will begin to constantly want more. You've got to work out. You've got to force yourself to eat. It takes committment. Take the advice here of cooking meals in advance. Makes life easier and makes it more likely you'll actually stick to your plan.

    at 6' and 125 at age of 20 im suprised the doctor didnt try to put you on a aas. Cause in reality thats what there used for among other reasons.

    LOL yeah i read they were used officialy to support peopel who have lost weight do to an illness or operation / accident and need to rebuild body mass.

    yeah i know that, but weightlifters dont have weight or diet problems, they are just getting bigger, where as this thread is about someone who is underweight.

    I cant see drs giving ass to someone with an eating disorder.

    yeah dont stress to much..just eat the six meals a day..keep your workouts short and heavy..try including more good fats like olive oil for cooking and avocado, nuts and so on..this will help.. but yeah steroids wont give you what your looking for at this stage..sleep when ever you can..drink lots of water..and dont make your self sick from eating to much..thats not good for digestion. dont worry about the fast metabolism trust me you will be glad you have a fast one when your massive. you will grow.. just give it time mate..

    and also they are used in people who suffer aids to help stop muscle wastage, or in people who have suffered in accidents to stop muscle wastage or aid in muscle repair.

    I will head into town tomorrow and checkout some of the health food shops see if i can pick the stuff up from a local shop.

    I have put together a diet plan based on what i read in that post. To start i have opted for 6 meals a day to ease my body into the regular eating routine again and i will add another meal when i feel my body is able to take it.

    This is the plan i put together what do you guys think?


    Meal 1 (8:00)

    4 egg whites, 2 Scoop of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    How is this eaten, is it blended up with milk or something?

    Meal 2 (10:30)

    2 tins of tuna mixed with mayonnaise and some veggies

    Meal 3 (13:00)

    1 x chicken breast with ½ cup of brown rice and green veggies

    Workout 45 minutes(14:30)

    PWO Nutrition (15:15)

    2 Scoops of why protein mixed with 1 tea spoon flax oil and full fat milk)

    Meal 4 (17:00)

    1 x chicken breast with ½ cup of brown rice

    Meal 5 (19:00)

    1 x tin of tuna mayo and pasta

    Meal 6 (21:30)

    3 Scoops of why protein mixed with 1 tea spoon flax oil and full fat milk)

    Surely can't be a bad improvement to start me off for the first couple weeks then increase it over time. I think my realistic target would be to gain 5lb's a month if more then great

    What time do you wake up?

    Also i thin casin protein is a better option before bed. someone correct me if im wrong im not 100%

    I get up at 6:30 on the 3 days i go swimming and get back hoem for about 8:00am the days i dont swim i get up at 7:30am.

    Well on days your swiming id try get a small carb full meal in as soon as you wake up ie a nice bowl of ceral. and id also chuck in a small post workout shake after the swim session. And other days id push back the 0800 meal to 0830 and have another breakfast as soon as you get up. try that latter on though.

    like you said start slow and build yourself up to it, otherwise you will just end up feeling sick and spending half the day taking dumps because your body will not be used to the extra food. so looks good bro.

    also you dont have to eat just chicken, mix it up a bit bro throw in turky or ham if you need a change, i personaly have a differnet thing for lunch and dinner everyday.
