I've been working out for about 16 months now and have been bulking up.I started out 135 lbs standing at 5"9.Bodyfat was probably around 14 or 15. I had no definition at all and was pretty skinny even at 14 per. bodyfat.Skinny with a tummyWell right now I am roughly 195 lbs with bodyfat close if not 20 per. bodyfat.I gained a lot of mass and a lot of weight too fast.Im not ready to cut just yet but do not want to put on another pound of fat.Please help me with a simple diet which will enable me to put on quality lean muscle..Thanks
